I’ve tried to sell a few used mobile homes recently, and after a few weeks, they are starting to look worn. The mobile home I’ve sold had a few things missing that I needed, and I even had to use new equipment to remove the existing cabinets and move the existing kitchen. But, that was the only thing that looked worn.
Used mobile homes are a common sight in the real estate market. Some people sell them for the down payment, and some people sell them to do a “buy-and-hold” strategy. But, I think its rare to see mobile home sold to do a full move. I mean, I know that my roommate is moving to a new house, but she has a used mobile home, and her friend is downsizing to an RV.
I don’t think the mobile home market is as competitive as other parts of the real estate market. In fact, I’m pretty sure that it’s actually a dying market. When I used to work for a brokerage, people would always tell me that people were selling their mobile homes for the down payment. I would respond with a smile and a shrug. I kind of think that people are pretty bad at taking them off the line and selling them for a lower price.
Mobile homes are a dying market, but this home is pretty sweet. The seller was downsizing, so the mobile home was pretty much on the market for a few weeks before she decided to sell. The home is in good shape, and the exterior has already been painted, so the interior is in great shape. The home has a total of 2,500 square feet, and is located in a fairly nice neighborhood.
It is, of course, the seller that has done all this work to sell the mobile home. She’s also a real estate agent, and had a client that wanted to buy the home. But, in the end, the buyer had to sign a contract that said the mobile home was being sold “as is.” The home was still being moved until the buyer could come get the mobile home and pick it up.
The seller has already used our mobile home moving equipment, but has yet to move the mobile home. But I bet if you buy it, you can move it yourself and do it yourself.
My favorite is the one about moving a mobile home. Because the mobile home was on a mobile home company’s website, and they had to put a link to the mobile home into the mobile home moving equipment manual. But it wasn’t the real mobile home, it was a fake mobile home. The mobile home was a real company’s website, but it was no longer on the company’s website. So the mobile home company was moving the mobile home, but not the real mobile home.
You can also buy the mobile home itself. My favorite is the one about moving a mobile home from one state to another. Because the mobile home was on a mobile home companys website, and they had to put a link to the mobile home into the mobile home moving equipment manual. But its not the real mobile home, it is a fake mobile home. The mobile home was a real companys website, but it is no longer on the companys website.
Mobile home relocation is a difficult task. One of the only things you can do to move a mobile home is to put the real mobile home on the company website. But that’s a big mistake. We would have been wiser to simply buy the company’s mobile home and just move it. But that won’t work because the mobile home was still on the company’s website.
So with all those mobile homes, we will need a new mobile home company.
