We’re so excited to share a giveaway with you today, and I hope you all enjoy it. If you sign up and enter the giveaway for your local coffee shop, you’ll win a $50 gift card.
The giveaway is simple: enter your email on the site, then click on the checkbox “I’d love to win my gift card!” and get ready to enter. It’s that simple.
I can tell you that if you win, you’ll be getting a chance to win a $100 gift card, but if you can’t enter, you don’t have to. It’s a great way to get the word out about our awesome little giveaway that will be up for another week at this point.
For more info, check out the site.
Thanks to a new Facebook page, the folks at Coffee Shop Coffee have set up an opportunity to win a gift card for a local coffee shop. The only catch is that you’ll have to stop by the store and sign up with the Coffee Shop Coffee Facebook page. You have until Monday, June 16 at 11:59PM to enter.
We’d like to thank everyone who entered their emails into the giveaway and shared it on social media, as we’re going to send out a thank you email to those who took the time to register and participate. We’ll also be sending out an email to those who’ve already entered, so that they can update their email and make sure they’ve signed up.
I have been very surprised by the number of people who have entered the giveaway. It’s not just me either, the emails I’ve received from people who’ve entered have all been from people who’ve been very happy the winner is a friend of a friend. I’m also glad that the Coffee Shop Coffee Facebook page has not only been the winner of the giveaway, but the winner of the contest in general.
We all tend to be on autopilot, so we don’t always notice what we are doing. That said, having to consciously put an intention into our actions can significantly reduce anxiety, which can in turn decrease stress. One of the best ways to reduce anxiety is to practice mindfulness. You can do this by taking a few minutes to notice what you are doing (and not doing) in your day.
For instance, if you notice that you are constantly texting and emailing people who are not your friends, you are probably taking the phone out of your pocket and texting and emailing your friends. You might notice that you don’t take the time to sit down and relax for thirty minutes. This will likely help reduce your anxiety.
We’ve all had those moments when we feel stressed, overwhelmed, or anxious. These are the times we can take a few minutes and do some mind-mapping. This will help you remember what you are doing and what you are not doing in your day.
