This is because they have a knack for it, and its an art form that takes practice. There are certain things that just take a lot of practice. For one, most people who self-tire are just too busy to go to the gym. So they often end up doing all the maintenance on their own, and then end up getting in trouble with their boss because their own lives don’t work out.

I have a tendency to do all of my own projects. Not because I am lazy, but because I just do them so much. I do them because I want to. I don’t have another project to do. It is hard for me to let myself take time off to do something else. But I know I can. I just have to choose.
