In the year 2525, a group of people known as the “Moon Trine” set out to conquer the Earth. Their mission was to use the power of the “Mercury” to turn the sun’s power over the world back on, so that it would turn the Earth back into a moon. But Mercury is a volatile element and will go to hell if its power is used right.
Mercury is the most volatile element known in the universe and it will most likely explode if used too much, or in the wrong way. Which is why the Mercury Trine is set up to be a bit of a test. This is the first time the Mercury Trine has been able to actually use it for its intended purpose, but the technology is still pretty crude. It’s a time-looping roguelike where you have only a handful of hours to play.
The player is tasked with finding a handful of items that are required to bring the Mercury Trine to life. The items are found randomly throughout the game, and are found scattered around the map. If you play correctly, it won’t be too difficult to complete the Mercury Trine. And if you don’t, well, that’s pretty much your fault.
The Mercury Trine is actually a very powerful time-looping roguelike. All you have to do is to play by the rules. You can’t even start the Mercury Trine without the necessary items, but it doesn’t take long to learn how to find and use them. It’s a pretty fun game, if you want to try to get out of the time loop.

You have three types of items: Moon Trine, Mercury Trine, and Mercury. After you’ve finished the Moon Trine, you can’t play it any longer.

Everything is based on the amount of time you have left on the game.
