Many of the topics that Melissas addresses in her blog are quite profound. How we choose to think about ourselves, how we choose to relate to others, and why we choose to think and act the way we think we do are topics that are worth considering. Melissas’ blog touches on the most pressing issues facing today’s generation, and I highly recommend it.
The Self Awareness Blog also covers some of the most important issues of our day, such as the topic of identity, and how to accept and love yourself. Of course it’s important to explore the topics, but that is where my advice ends.
The Self Awareness Blog is a great place to start, but it is not the ultimate resource. As mentioned above, the blog does touch on a lot of the topics, but it is still a blog, and I don’t recommend you try to go there all the time. The blog is meant to be a great tool for understanding yourself, but it can also be a great tool to help you be better at relating to others.
My advice is to just start with the things you can do right this second. Start with the things you like doing and find new hobbies. If you want to start meditating, start by meditating. If you want to be a better cook, start by cooking. If you want to be an awesome swimmer, start by swimming. If you want to be a better parent, start by being a parent.
If you’re looking to improve your communication skills, you might find that the best thing to do right now would be to start a podcast. Even if you don’t want to do it, it’s easy to find people just like you, and it’s a great opportunity to get feedback and share ideas with them.
As for improving your communication skills, I would suggest a podcast. Not because it’s a great time, but because it’s a great time to be talking with people who are just like you. It’s also a great time to get feedback… and to meet new people.
