I had the pleasure of seeing this amazing property in the spring. It was like stepping back into the ‘40s. It was amazing. As much as I loved it, I had to say that I wish it had more character. This was the first time I’ve been forced to look at a property while it was in construction, and I was definitely surprised by how much the exterior and interior design had changed.
When it comes time to pick a house for sale, the exterior design has a huge impact on the overall appeal. For example, when I was looking at the house in the spring, it was one of those “it’s a house” things, but it felt like it was really more of a “it’s an apartment” thing. But that was only because its exterior design was so different.

Or maybe the family has decided not to sell it altogether and just has opted to put it on the market. Whatever it is, I think it’s a bit sad that this is the only thing that is different from the original.
