I’ve been wanting to write a book for years. Now, I’m finally ready to do it. What I’ve written will be about all the ways I’ve been changing my life. I may not change my body, but I’m changing my mind to have more compassion, more self-awareness, and more passion for life.

To be honest, I can’t really give you any advice, other than to do more yoga and eat only organic foods and just breathe. That’s all. But I know of and experience first-hand the power of positive thinking and self-awareness to make you feel good about yourself and the people around you. You can also learn to tune in to your own inner guidance system and listen to it.
