I’ve been dreaming of this for ages. I know it is going to get used frequently, but I have yet to actually get to use it. It has been used in the past, it was in my kitchen, and I have heard rumors that it may be used in the future in the kitchen, but I have yet to see any evidence of it doing so.
Portable air compressors are relatively common on most homes and commercial buildings. The compressor in the image above is a few hundred dollars and a small appliance, so its not a particularly expensive purchase.

I have not seen the Vacu-Blok in my kitchen yet, but based on the negative reviews I have read, I am sure it is a potential hit in the kitchen market.

Of course, there are others, but there are probably a few air compressors on the market this year that are better equipped for sucking up dirt. I remember seeing a good one at Home Depot a few weeks ago but I don’t think it was any good. Some of these other small air compressors also have a “roll-up” for additional storage space.
I think most of us here at home depot portable air compressor will be satisfied with this model, which looks to be about the same size as a big air compressor. The only real drawback I see is that one end of the cord cannot be left hanging free. Otherwise, this is a great compact air compressor.
I like the idea of a portable compressor. It’s nice to be able to haul around a bunch of things without having to lug around a bunch of heavy-duty tools, and it solves a common problem for people who live and work in apartments or condos. One advantage is that it’s small enough to be carried around and even small apartments sometimes don’t have enough room for a compressor. The compressor also has a lock on the cord so you can’t accidentally leave it dangling.
The downside is that you have to be careful not to overload the compressor if you don’t want to be stuck with the compressor for days. So if you dont want to be stuck with a compressor for days, you have to make sure you dont overload it. The compressor does not have a safety stop, so it’s a bit like taking a car, getting a license, and driving it on the freeway.
