In my opinion, there are three levels of self awareness. One is being aware of your surroundings, another is being aware of your reactions to your environment, and third is being aware that your actions or reactions are directly affecting your surroundings.
Our first home is completely empty, just our family, and I guess you could call that being aware of your surroundings. We have one bedroom, one bathroom, and one kitchen. The bedroom is completely empty, so we have no windows. The bathroom is completely empty, so there’s no sink or toilet. The kitchen is completely empty, so we have no stove or oven. This is the level of awareness.
The second level of awareness is knowing that your actions are affecting the environment. This includes knowing what you’re doing. I’m not talking about just reacting to what you see before you, I’m talking about knowing why you’re doing it. I’m talking about understanding what you’re doing (and why you’re doing it).
This is what I like to call the “self-awareness” part. To say that youre aware of your actions and conscious about the consequences of your actions. This is the level of awareness that lets you take personal responsibility for your actions. The second level of awareness is the level of awareness that lets you know that youre aware of why youre doing it. This is the level of awareness that lets you take personal control over your actions.
It’s really hard to get to this second level of awareness. For most of us, it takes a lot of practice to become a really good self-aware individual. The truth is that until we become really good at this, our actions are really rarely our own. We control a lot of the things that happen to us and we’re really very little more than an automaton.
To be able to take personal control, you have to become aware of your actions. To do this, you have to become aware of yourself. So, you need to consciously know the “why” you are doing what you are doing and how you feel about it.
We all have an inner voice that tells us what we’re doing and why we’re doing it. It’s the same voice that tells us that we’re okay when we are not and that we are responsible for our actions. That voice is usually very negative, but it is not always. It is a voice that tells us that we are just not good at handling ourselves and we don’t deserve to live.
If this voice is telling you that you are not good at handling your life and you are not good at handling yourself, then yes, this voice is going to have a negative effect on your life. But if you are able to take a moment and analyze and identify your voice and what it is telling you about yourself, then your voice will become something you can use to improve your life.
I feel that this voice is very difficult to hear. I am so used to hearing this voice that it is hard to identify it as it is so loud. The voices that I am hearing all the time are very different, and they are all telling me that I am not good at handling myself and I dont deserve to live. But as I listen to this voice more and more I am learning that it is not really so loud.
Hghtly, you’ve probably heard this voice and wondered just who it is speaking. It’s a voice that you’ve probably heard in your head, but you haven’t heard it in your real life. And I’m sure that we all have a voice that tells us what to do, but we’re not as likely to hear it in our own reality.
