Sure, you might feel bad about your body, but it is really a function of how you treat yourself and others. This is true in social situations as well. If you are a terrible person, then you will feel bad about yourself no matter what you do. This is why we all have to work to be better. We have to get better at self-awareness. And we’ve got to take care of our self-esteem.

If you want to be more aware of your self-esteem, you have to know what you have it. You have to look in the mirror and see what you look like. You have to know that you are beautiful, that you are a person worth loving. If you want to be more aware of your self-esteem, then you must know what you look like. You have to know what you look like and feel like. Its true that there are things that you are not good at.

That’s a very common misconception that people have about self-awareness. If you know you are good at something, you don’t have to do that thing. If you know that you are good at drawing, you don’t have to draw. If you know that you are good at playing squash, you don’t have to play squash. If you know you are good at math, you don’t have to be a math student.
