One of the main things that makes Arlington a great suburb is the combination of low cost of living, friendly nature, and a high quality of life. While other suburbs might charge higher rates for higher-priced housing, Arlington is a good match for those seeking affordability and quality.
Arlington is one of the most expensive suburbs in Texas and is not just because of housing prices, but because people in Arlington are so generous. The average household income in Arlington is $51,938 and the average home value is $5,731,000. This means that each dollar spent here goes a total of $9,094. That’s an incredible return on investment.
Arlington is also well known for being incredibly warm and dry. The climate here is milder than that of Dallas. But the climate here is also somewhat prone to flooding and other weather-related disasters. While other suburbs charge higher rates for higher-priced housing, Arlington is a good match for those seeking affordability and quality.
The other side of the coin is that Arlington offers high-quality schools with great faculty and well-rounded student bodies. That is certainly a plus when you want to grow your own food. The other area that has a high concentration of schools is Harris County, Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Harris County is well known for its well-known parks and other recreational facilities. It also has a large concentration of families.
When I was growing up in Dallas, we also had a lot of suburbs and cities in between Dallas and Fort Worth. There are lots of schools in between each city but that’s a lot of commuting and driving, which is not what you would consider “affordable.” In fact, Arlington is well known for its high cost of living. Although it is well known for being in a great metroplex and a great college town, it’s a bit pricey for its size.
Yeah there are a lot of high end living options in Arlington as well. I am talking about places, not homes. I would not recommend those for someone making a large investment in a home.
My advice: Try to save money and focus on things that need to be done. I know that sounds obvious, but you cannot live in a mansion and do nothing. You can, however, live in a semi-detached house and do a ton of stuff.
In fact, if you want to get a big house and do more than what you can do in a semi-detached house, you need to focus on getting a smaller house with a smaller footprint. One of the reasons I didn’t spend the big bucks to buy a mansion is because it’s a great option for someone who does a lot of things. If you want to live in a mansion, you need to focus on living a lifestyle that will make you happy.
This is a great example of how the desire for a big house and a big yard can be balanced by a lifestyle that you can live in semi-detached house and do a ton of stuff. For instance, if you want to live in an apartment in the suburbs, you also need to live in a semi-detached house. If you want to live in a huge house, you need to live in a smaller house with a smaller footprint.
