I personally think that blueberries are the most healthiest fruit for your body because they’re also a great food source of natural antioxidants.
I think it comes down to two main things. You have to get your body to eat blueberries, and you have to want to eat them. If you don’t want to eat them, you’re not going to eat them. And so I think this is a problem with blueberry juice that’s common in the US. Its a lot of sugar.
