I know what you’re thinking, “but what does it look like?”. Well, for starters, there are lots of old buildings in the area, and these are usually well maintained. There are only a few residential buildings, so they don’t tend to draw attention. One of the buildings in the area is an old bank that has been converted into apartments, so its not that. There is also an old warehouse building that is used as a community center.
The old building is the one that is the target of the remodel. However, it is very much in need of remodeling and the only way to do it is to bring in a lot of money to fix it. The warehouse building is the only building that has a real chance of actually being renovated. In this respect there is a lot of parity between the two places. The only difference is that the warehouse is much more important and is more likely to be renovated and sold.
