Here are a few of our favorite ways to deal with it.
The first is to turn to a book as your guide. This is called “The Book” because you read it on your own. The book’s purpose is to provide you with the facts and figures you need to make some decisions. It’s not the source of all the information, but it can help you make the best decisions you can.
The second strategy would be to let go of the guilt. You may feel that you were careless or irresponsible with your health and that you can’t control what you’re putting into your body. By letting go of that guilt you can begin to look at it with a clear conscience. By letting go of the guilt, you can begin to be able to move through your day with a clear mind and not get distracted by anything or anyone.
We’ll get to the other strategies in the next section, but first, we need to talk about the guilt in a bit more detail. One of the most common ways that people get into trouble is by overdoing the “eat too much stuff on a diet” kind of stuff.
This happens to people all the time. When they eat too much junk food it can make them feel guilty and eat more. I have a friend who eats so many red-blooded meats that he can barely hold onto his fork anymore. It’s kind of like the guilt that comes with eating too many red-blooded meats. It will only get you so far.
In cancer, there are four stages of cancer that we normally see in our daily lives: Stage 1, stage 2, stage 3, and stage 4. These stages are named for the various organs that have been affected. A healthy pancreas is listed as stage 1 because if the pancreas is healthy it will allow us to carry out all the other normal functions of digestion. Stage 1 is also the most common stage of cancer.
Stage 1 is the most common stage of cancer and the one where most people end up dying. Stage 1 is where you start feeling sick and tired and generally sluggish. As the disease progresses, you tend to feel nauseous, lethargic, and have a bad night’s sleep.
